Both lovable and frustrating
The delicious morning breakfasts, especially the peach cobbler and fluffy scrambled eggs, made each day brighter. Lilia, the innkeeper, infused warmth and charm into the experience, creating a welcoming oasis for relaxation.
Accessibility to high-energy activities felt a bit limited for those wanting more excitement. Some might prefer a more vibrant atmosphere than the tranquil ambience offered here.

easy beach access, beautiful antiques, charming decor
A little unsettling that the innkeeper enforced overly strict rules!!! Curfew at 10pm and limiting washcloths feels unnecessary. It would help if the breakfast schedule improved to ensure food availability throughout eating hours!!!

Charming place with easy beach access just a short walk. Rooms feel cozy but quite small for larger items. Enjoyed great breakfasts and relaxing by the pool. Service lacked urgency, felt a bit slow at times.

Had a fantastic stay with friends! Lilia, our innkeeper, made breakfast a highlight—each day brought something new and delicious! The common areas offered a cozy spot to unwind after a day at the beach. We loved relaxing by the pool and enjoyed wine and cheese in the evenings. If you’re looking for a relaxing spot, this is perfect!
The only issue was the shared areas felt a bit cramped at times, which made mingling a little tough with larger groups. But it didn’t ruin our experience!

I had an amazing time there! The breakfast was to die for, especially the peach cobbler and bacon cheese grits. The atmosphere was really cozy, which made me feel right at home. Just a heads up, though, the rooms may not match the pictures exactly, but it didn’t affect my stay! I will definitely be back!

I stayed in the ‘Song Room’ and the queen bed was super comfy. The room had two cozy chairs, which was nice for hanging out. Bathroom space was good too. It felt a little small but totally fine for relaxing after beach time. There’s a cool vibe with common areas to chill outside, so didn’t mind spending less time in the room.

The Parrott Cottage offers a well-appointed kitchen great for making snacks after beach time. Having a private boardwalk to the beach enhances convenience, while the tranquil atmosphere allows for enjoyable evenings on the deck sipping cocktails.
The smaller size of the Frank Brown International Songwriters room may not suit those preferring more expansive spaces. The breakfast schedule could definitely be more flexible, as it only starts at 8:30 each morning, potentially missing early risers eager for some morning fuel.
